Order Processing
  • Please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing.
  • You will receive an email notification from Sessions Surf & Skate Co. letting you know that your package has shipped.
  • Although we do our best to stock all items that are shown on our site, we occasionally run out before our website updates. If an item on your order is sold out, we will ship the available merchandise and give you an explanation in your package about any excluded items. If your entire order is sold out, we will contact you.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs, but popular items are commonly known to sell out quickly.
Return Policy
  • Most Non-Sale web-store products may be returned within 30 days of your product’s invoice date less our cost of shipping. No returns are accepted after 30 days from shipping date.  
  • All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (described below) and are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  • Sale and clearance may only be returned with in 14 days from invoice if item is defective and an RMA# is given.
  • All items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and tags attached. No human or pet hair allowed on the merchandise. Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted. Footwear  must not be worn and have original packaging (if any) and tags attached. If any of the above applies, the return will not be accepted.
  • Wetsuits, Swimwear, and equipment sales are final. Manufacturer warranties will apply. 
  • Replacement items for exchange are not guaranteed to be in stock. If you request a replacement and we have one in stock, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. Otherwise, we will issue you a credit minus our shipping costs. 
  • We can not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If the item is believed to be defective, please make sure to explain the reason on the Return Authorization Form. If the item is is deemed defective, we will credit you and reimburse shipping charges for the defective item only.
  • Incorrect Merchandise, unfortunately, occasionally ships. Please follow the basic return instructions, and we will correct it. Shipping reimbursement will be made for the original item value and the standard mail shipping back to us. No express return shipping reimbursements will be permitted.
  • Unless we made an error a 15% restocking fee may apply. 
  • After 30 days (14 days for sale products), please contact the manufacturer directly concerning warranty issues. If you need help contacting or dealing with a manufacturer, email us and we can get you their information. We will not be responsible for, accept returns for, or honor any warranties for the manufacturer. 
  • Your credit will be applied approximately 7-10 days after we receive the product you are returning. It might take up to 2 billing cycles before you see the credit on your credit card statement.
  • If you refuse shipment for any item, you will receive a credit less our cost of shipping for the item. 
  • Returns may be sent by US Standard Mail or UPS ground shipping. 
  • Returns/Exchanges must be sent with FREIGHT PREPAID. 
  • We do not accept COD’s, 3rd party billing, or send out call tags. We will refuse all packages sent under these conditions.
  •  If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping costs for ground/standard shipping only. This does not include packaging, preparing or mail room costs. We will not reimburse for expedited shipping such as Overnight, 2nd Day etc.

Return/Exchange Instructions
  • All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by our Return Authorization Form. Please email us to request one. Fill it out completely and legibly using blue or black ink.
  • Packages without RA #’s will be refused. 
  • Your authorization number must be written on the outside of the return package for proper processing and credit.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days from invoice date.  
  • Unless we made an error a 15% restocking fee may apply. 
  • Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags attached, receipt, all warranty cards, tags attached, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and re-sellable. (see above return policy for more details)
  • Returns may be sent by US Standard Mail or UPS ground shipping.

  • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to beprocessed once it has arrived.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled through the shipping agency (UPS, USPS etc.). Contact them immediately to file a claim. A representative of the agency must inspect the package in its original condition. Contact us if you need information to help make claims.
  • If a product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, fill out our Returns & Exchange form as detailed above. All items with warranties will be handled according that that manufacturer's warranty policy. Do Not return warranty items directly to us unless you have an Return Authorization #.

International Orders
  • We welcome International Order, but please read the following so that there are no misunderstandings.
  • We CAN NOT mark an item as Gift or change the invoice price to avoid additional taxation or fees.
  • Merchandise is shipped FOB our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees and taxes charged by your government. We have no way of calculating what your additional cost might be. If you want to find out more, contact your local customs office.
  • Ship to and Bill to addesses must be the same on foreign orders. A valid phone number is also required.
  • Because we are often unagle to get a credit card address verification information for foreign addresses, we may require additional information from you before processing your order. 
  • For orders over $150 another form of payment may be requested such as payment through Paypal, or a money order. If that is the case, we will contact you.
  • Please be aware of your country's restriction and prohibitions before purchasing. We will do our best to work with you, but if something was overlooked we will NOT be RESPONSIBLE for the item once shipped.
  • Foreign orders might take an extra 48 hours to process
  • Once the item is handed to the shipper, it is out of our control. We are given shipping and time estimates, but have no control over how long the shipper  actually takes to transport your shipment, or how long your package will be in customs. If you have questions or concerns, contact the shipper with the tracking number you received in your shipment notification.

Privacy
  • Your privacy is VERY important to us. Sessions Surf & Skate Co. will keep confidential and not sell, trade, or release any account numbers, debit card or credit card charge numbers or any other account information you provide to us when purchasing products from Sessions Surf & Skate Co., except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or in legal proceedings where such information is relevent.
  • Occasionally, we may ask your permission to give a third party access to your name, address, and email address when running a contest or promotion in conjunction with that third party. You can opt out of this kind of offer at any time by emailing info@sessionssurf.com
  • Sessions Surf & Skate Co. only collects information that you provide either placing an order or entering a contest or promotion. Usually this information is limited to your name, address, phone, and email address. Your previous order history is also available for you to review online when an account is created.
  • Sessions Surf & Skate Co. uses standard and accepted policies for protecting your information, including using SSL (secure socket layer) for transactions.
